Please read this carefully as this becomes our coaching agreement.
Stephanie Crawford and Business Headspace Ltd are in the business of providing strategic coaching, training and facilitation for business people who want to step up to a new level in life and / or business.
This agreement serves to communicate the basis on which The Client wishes to retain Stephanie Crawford of Business Headspace Ltd (‘the Company’) as his / her Business Coach /Mentor.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this relationship is to assist The Client to set and work towards achieving agreed goals and objectives during the term of the agreement. All Coaching and Mentoring services will be provided on the following terms and conditions:
SESSION TIMES
1. Regular group coaching sessions will be set. Currently these are held every Friday at 9am but may be subject to change. These sessions are a huge part of the value of this coaching programme so please do what you need to in order to attend.
2. If a coaching package includes any one-to-one coaching these sessions will be agreed upon in advance.
a) If the client is unable to attend, Business Headspace Ltd requests that reasonable notice is provided to the Coach where possible and in this case the call may be rescheduled for an agreed time.
b) If the Coach is unable to attend an agreed session, the Coach or other Company representative will provide the client with reasonable notice and an alternative time will be arranged to suit.
c) All sessions are required to be held within the agreement term. Sessions not attended
will be forfeited, except by arrangement with Business Headspace Ltd in respect of 2a) and 2b).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Client undertakes to pay the agreed coaching fees in-advance.
A tax invoice / receipt will be emailed to you for your records.
DEFAULT
If in default on this or any subsequent agreement, I / we authorise Business Headspace Ltd to charge me late payment fees of 2% per month of any outstanding sum and to indemnify Business Headspace Ltd and pay all expenses which Business Headspace Ltd may incur in recovering the overdue amounts.
Full and total payment will be made and personally guaranteed by me whether or not we attend all scheduled coaching / mentoring sessions within the agreement period.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Any and all coaching, mentoring, guidance, surveys, forecasts and recommendations and other resources are furnished in good faith upon the basis of information supplied by The Client or gathered in relation to The Client’s situation or business, at the time.
I / we agree to discharge Business Headspace Ltd and its officers, contractors, directors, staff and agents from any and all liability whatsoever for the resulting outcomes of implementing
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION DISCLOSED
All contractors and employees of both Business Headspace Ltd and The Client, agree not to disclose any confidential information to any third party about the other, without the prior written consent of the discloser.
In addition, The Client agrees not to duplicate and / or distribute in any form (including electronically) the information provided by Business Headspace Ltd for the use of any other party or to use their knowledge of Business Headspace Ltd.’s business in any way which would conflict with or be harmful to its interests.

As part of admission to the From Bookkeeper to Business Owner Facebook group you will be asked to accept the following Group Rules and you accept that these rules form part of this Coaching Agreement.
- CONFIDENTIALITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE – Being a part of this group requires mutual trust. You may be privy to sensitive and private information from time to time. Respect members privacy. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
- BE KIND AND COURTEOUS – We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness, respect and courteousness are required.
- HAVE A GROWTH MINDSET – This is a space of learning and there’s a lot to cover. Be open to learning and to doing what needs to be done, and your business will thrive.
- THERE’S NO SUCH THING AS A SILLY QUESTION – Reach out for help and support when you need it, as often as you need it, and give help and support generously when you can. If you have a question then chances are others may have it too. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. We’re here to help you.
- COMPLETE THE WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE – There may be times where you feel stuck or feel that you are falling behind, but there’s no “right” timeframe to complete the work, everyone’s different.
